Cancellation Fee

  • A cancellation fee of $250 will apply when a reasonable notice is not given regarding a cancellation of the concrete pump or belt.
  • On-Site cancellation fee equal to the minimum hire charge will apply if the pump is on the job site and the pour is cancelled.

Responsibility/Liability

  • Diamond Edge Construction is not responsible for off-road damage.

Payment Terms

  • Net 30
  • Service Charges: Applied after 30 days (1.5% per month - 18% annual)
